Tim delivers practical, responsive counsel to clients facing high-stakes business challenges — whether executing a time-sensitive M&A deal, navigating a cross-border investment or negotiating complex contracts. He regularly advises closely held businesses, private equity-backed portfolio companies, venture capital firms, private equity funds and public companies, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. Known for his ability to simplify complexity and maintain momentum, Tim helps clients align legal strategies with commercial outcomes.
He draws on experience practicing in both the United States and Germany, where he was part of an international firm’s U.S. Capital Markets team in Frankfurt. Fluent in German, he is especially effective in transactions involving German-speaking markets and players, bridging regulatory and cultural nuances to deliver seamless results. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance, strategic planning, corporate governance, and general corporate advice. With a strong emphasis on healthcare transactions, Tim also brings deep industry experience in accounting and professional services, healthcare, technology and artificial intelligence, and manufacturing. From supporting a healthcare company with SEC disclosures to guiding a tech startup through a cross-border acquisition, Tim provides clear, strategic advice that moves business forward.
