His work spans mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance, strategic planning, corporate governance, and general corporate advice. With a strong emphasis on healthcare transactions, Tim also brings deep industry experience in accounting and professional services, healthcare, technology and artificial intelligence, and manufacturing.
