As a Business Transaction Advisor in the Corporate Department, Tsuyoshi works with clients on structuring business transactions, evaluating investment strategies, and managing risk in deals that often cross borders. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, venture business and financing, and strategic joint ventures, where he draws on both legal and commercial insights to help clients achieve their objectives.
Before joining the firm, Tsuyoshi practiced law at Midosuji LPC, a prominent Japanese law firm, where he advised clients of all sizes on corporate, M&A, finance, and real estate matters. He also served in the compliance division of a leading Japanese bank for a year and a half, gaining deep insight into Japanese corporate decision-making and business culture, experience that enables him to provide tailored and business-minded advice to his clients.
