Victor has represented clients in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). He brings a sharp, strategic approach to high-stakes litigation, guiding clients through complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and regulatory and enforcement matters. As a member of Barnes & Thornburg’s Litigation department, he advises companies facing significant business and reputational risk — whether in federal or state court, at the pre-litigation stage, or in response to regulatory scrutiny.
Drawing on years of experience in private practice and a federal clerkship, Victor understands both how to build a case and how judges think. He previously practiced at a global law firm in New York, where he represented multinational corporations in securities litigation, contract disputes, and enforcement actions. His insight into federal court dynamics allows him to anticipate challenges, craft persuasive arguments, and keep cases moving toward resolution.
