She/Her

Victoria Rockefeller is organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, taking a strong analytical approach to interpreting the law and conveying it in a way that her clients understand. She focuses her practice on general corporate representation of privately-held companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Victoria advises businesses throughout the corporate life cycle, reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts for day-to-day business operations, and manages diligence and contract drafting in connection with acquisitions in the middle market on both the buy-side and sell-side.

She has counseled companies and been involved in deals spanning a variety of industries, such as healthcare, food and beverage, hospitality, large-scale private transportation, beauty and cosmetics, media advertising, marketing and branding, toxicology, and talent management.

Victoria is invested in gaining institutional knowledge of her clients’ business operations and is passionate about proactively assisting them with proper legal strategy so they can advance their business interests while leaving the legal fundamentals to her.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria gained extensive corporate experience spanning nearly a decade working for a boutique firm in San Diego. While earning her J.D., she developed skills during a clerkship with the Office of the General Counsel of the Navy in Washington, D.C., and in externships for the Hon. Anthony J. Battaglia and the Hon. William Q. Hayes, both of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

In addition to her practice, Victoria believes physical and mental health play a crucial role in advocating for her clients. As such, she has been a barre instructor for several years and relishes the opportunity it provides her to help others – both within and outside the legal community – with their fitness goals.
