William Carlucci handles the many challenges presented by the complex and ever-changing landscape of product liability, toxic torts and mass torts. Dedicated to providing practical solutions, William is appreciated for his determination and commitment to those he serves.
William is a skilled litigator with experience at nearly every stage of litigation, including document review, drafting of pleadings and dispositive motions, and defending and taking depositions.
He defends manufacturers of consumer and industrial products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, along with their distributors and sellers. He is involved in helping clients achieve their objectives during multi-district litigation, class action and other matters in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, William served as a product liability attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm.
