Bill Essig is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator who defends pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product companies against high-stakes product liability claims. With deep experience in multi-district litigation (MDL) and state courts nationwide, Bill has tried cases and provided leadership to trial teams and national coordinating counsel teams.

His experience spans antipsychotics, fluoroquinolones, and various medical devices, including surgical staplers, orthopedic implants, and contact lenses. This diverse background allows him to quickly grasp the nuances of new product liability litigations and tailor defense strategies accordingly.
