Investment Entities

The tax principles that apply to entities conducting a trade or business often apply in special ways to investment vehicles. We have worked with both promoters and investors in structuring and documenting many kinds of investment vehicles. Some of the investment vehicles with which we have worked have included REITs, regulated investment companies, real estate investment partnerships, venture capital funds, private equity funds and hedge funds.
